Early Access Terms of Service

1. Early Access Program

Clanexa is currently provided as an Early Access service. By participating, you acknowledge that features, interfaces, and processing models may be continuously updated based on parent feedback.

2. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

You agree to upload only school notices, circulars, homework sheets, and communications that you are authorized to view and process. You agree not to upload harmful, unlawful, or unauthorized material.

3. Verification of Important Information

While Clanexa works to provide accurate summaries, automated parsing may occasionally misinterpret details. Parents should always verify crucial exam schedules, fee deadlines, and official school policies directly with their school.

4. Service Availability

During Early Access, Clanexa is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, brand designs, logos, and features remain the exclusive property of Clanexa. You retain full ownership of your personal uploaded documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clanexa shall not be held liable for missed school deadlines or indirect damages resulting from reliance on automated summaries.
