1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using Clanexa ("the Service"), operated by Clanexa ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility, Authority & Account Security

You must be an adult parent or legal guardian to create an account or use Clanexa. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Service Model

Clanexa Basic is available free of charge. Clanexa Plus is an optional paid subscription that adds expanded limits and longer available history for families who choose to upgrade.

Features, workflows, availability, and user interfaces may continue to evolve. We reserve the right to alter or suspend features to improve service reliability, safety, and usability.

4. Acceptable Use, Upload Ownership & License Grant

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all school documents, circulars, images, and communications you upload to Clanexa.

Limited License: By uploading documents, you grant Clanexa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, store, analyze, process, and display uploaded content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Service to you.

You agree not to:

  • Upload documents or materials that you do not have lawful permission to upload.
  • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial distribution, scraping, or automated extraction.
  • Attempt to compromise or disrupt the security or availability of Clanexa.

5. AI Output Disclaimer & Verification Requirement

Important Notice for Parents

Clanexa utilizes automated algorithms to extract dates, tasks, priorities, and reminders from school documents. While designed for precision, automated summaries can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Parents should verify critical deadlines, exam dates, fee payments, and event times against official school communications. Clanexa does not replace the school as the official source of information.

6. Service Changes, Availability, Pricing & Billing

Clanexa Basic is offered at ₹0. Clanexa Plus is currently available on the website at ₹99/month or ₹999/year, unless a different price is shown at checkout or required by the purchase platform.

Clanexa Plus subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling a Plus subscription stops future renewal, and Plus access generally continues through the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform policy.

Refunds, cancellations, and billing questions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks.

7. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clanexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on automated summaries or temporary service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
