1. Overview
Clanexa users can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting Clanexa Support.
2. How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@clanexa.co.
- Use the subject: Delete my Clanexa account.
- Send the request from the email address registered with the Clanexa account.
- Include only the registered email address needed to identify the account.
- Clanexa may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
- Clanexa account and authentication association.
- Family profile.
- Child profiles.
- Uploaded school documents and images.
- Extracted document information.
- AI-generated summaries, updates, reminders and related account content.
4. Processing Time
Account-deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days after successful verification.
5. Limited Retention
- Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing agreements.
- Residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten according to normal retention schedules.
6. Important Note
- Account deletion is permanent.
- Deleted account information cannot ordinarily be restored.
